There are two ways to reach a model. Your model catalog shows which paths are available to your organization now.

Provided by Millwork

Millwork owns the provider account. Availability and pricing must be confirmed for your organization.

Your provider key

Your organization owns the account, keeps the provider relationship, and pays the provider directly.
Pricing for models provided by Millwork is not published. Credits and limits can still stop a run. Email support before planning production use.
In API responses, millwork identifies access paid for by Millwork and customer identifies your provider account.

When a model appears

A model appears only when:
  1. Millwork knows the model release;
  2. the exact provider route passed its required checks;
  3. the required provider account is connected and ready; and
  4. the model matches your organization’s rules.
If the catalog is empty, connect and test a provider account or email support. A provider name elsewhere in the docs does not mean a model is available to your organization.
