Sign-in and access

Millwork is in private preview. Contact us to apply. Millwork reviews each request manually. If your request is approved, you receive a link to create your sign-in. Once your organization is approved, you can sign in and create API keys. Use this page to understand your application status or finish a sign-in that stalled. You do not need an API key to follow these steps.

What your application status means

What you see	What exists right now	What to do
Application received or under review	Only the application. No organization, no access, and no API key exist yet.	Wait for the decision. Do not apply again for the same organization; a second application does not speed up the first.
Approved	Your organization exists and you can sign in.	Sign in, then create an organization API key in the dashboard.
Not approved	No organization was created.	Contact support only if you have new information to add.
Access removed	Sign-in and API access are blocked. The organization may still exist.	Contact support if the change was unexpected.
Access restored	Sign-in and API access work again.	Sign in again. Create or test an API key with a test run before live work.

A test run (the API calls it Echo, mode: "echo") does not call a model, so it has no platform fee and no model cost. A live run has a platform fee, charged when Millwork accepts it. See Model access and billing.

What you see	What to do
The sign-in attempt expired or could not be verified	Start a new sign-in from the beginning.
Signup lost the organization name	Open the link Millwork sent to create your sign-in, then enter your organization name again.
Account already exists	Sign in with your existing account instead of using Millwork’s link to create another sign-in.
No account was found	Contact Millwork to apply. If your request was approved, use the link Millwork sent to create your sign-in. Signing in does not create an account.
An invitation cannot be used	Ask the organization administrator to send a new invitation.

No email arrived

Email delivery and access status are separate. A missing email does not mean your request was refused. If you have already created your sign-in, try signing in to see the current access state. Contact support if the state is unclear. Do not send an invitation link, sign-in link, browser cookie, or a screenshot that shows one.
